Mission Statement

Tu Kaha Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is commited to helping members achieve a positive mental attitude and the highest level of physical fitness through the study of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, nurturing and positive environment.

We dedicate ourselves to providing the highest quality training available, based on an authentic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu curriculum and sports kinesiology. We continually keep up-to-date on the latest techniques and evolution of the art from Brazil and internationally, and impart this knowledge to our members.

It is our goal to teach effective Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense techniques that truly rely on skill as opposed to physical strength, and can be performed by students no matter what their age, gender, or physical capabilities may be,

Here at Tu Kaha we strive to be positive and inspirational. We keep our members motivated and thinking about progress and goals. Members will be encouraged to take chances, to explore and push pass their limits. It is our aim that the success and confidence our members experience through training Jiu-Jitsu will benefit them in other areas of their lives.
